  • I took my Toyota Sienna in for 2 recalls. One was the spare tire cable, I was not told what they were going to do or I would not have let them do it. They took the spare tire and cut off the cable that held it under the vehicle. Then they raised up my flush mounted 3rd row seating and strapped the spare in the hole the seat is supposed to lay in. I couldn't believe it when I picked up the van. I talked to the service manager and he said it was an interim fix. When asked when it would be remedied he said about a month. That was 6 months ago, I am still driving around without a spare. November 19 2015, The GM (Tim B.) at Charlesglen came through for me. Nice to see he is keeping an eye on his business/customers. Upon learning of my concerns he arranged for my spare tire carrier to be brought in and installed for me. The customer shuttle service is a nice touch, transporting me to and from the dealership while the work was completed. All is well again and I can say Charlesglen Toyota came through for me.
