  • I've been to the beauty bar on two separate occasions, once when it first opened for a blow out and the second for a gel removal/standard manicure today. The blow out was pretty lackluster. I saw a VERY marginal improvement from what I walked in with and have definitely received much better blow outs elsewhere. My gel removal was fine, I should have left it at that. My standard manicure might have been the worst I received in Charlotte. The nails were not shaped very well, the polish was extremely heavy handed and then she (Erika) sprayed with the quick dry right after so that the edge of the nail has this funky line where it separated. Not cool. I actually have to remove the polish tonight because it looks so bad. Was excited for a beauty bar downstairs from work but they didn't invest in the people they hire. Don't waste your money.
