  • I've lived here for less than 5 months... Yes, 5 months! I've seen the worst of the worst. ( Black Mold ) For starters the front office is a joke, the place is ran by the most uneducated people in Vegas (new property management). Everything breaks (literally), my cabinets in my kitchen are painted with brown spray paint & my fridge is slanted because the apartment is unstable. If you pull the drawers out to fast, the drawer will fall to the ground due to how old the drawers are, the fall off the track. My sink drips constantly & when I asked them to fix it, the told me " the apartment complex is old". WOW. The bedrooms were painted with a spray gun and the painters never covered the mirrors in the bathroom sink area, & so their is after spray speckles all over the mirror. Let's travel down to the toilet and bath tub, where there was black mold growing from the horrible installation. (pictures will be uploaded). When I went to the office to tell them, she looked at me and my videos and told me that is was "mildew", so because they don't believe me, I had it tested... GUESS WHAT, it's BLACK MOLD. So for the last five months, I've been breathing, showering, using my toilet, and taking baths with BLACK MOLD GROWING NEAR ME. The front desk told me again... " the place is old age, it will happen". EXCUSE ME?! I asked my neighbors if they have ever experienced black mold in their place, guess what their answer was, "yup, the office came and sprayed the mold 4 times and one of the times we moved apartments thinking that was the problem" so if you live here let me tell you something this place is infested with black mold. Live here with your own risk. & the deposit you give them, you never get it back, wether your apartment is clean or not. The pools are always dirty & the gym has two treadmills & one set of weights. The parking is ridiculous and they will post notes on your car if you're parked in front of the office (which never comes off, it's still stuck on my car) & lastly, the walls are so thin, 95% of the time, I can hear my neighbors conversations. Take your money somewhere else because I promise you from my experiences you don't want to live here.
