  • So I feel like maybe I'm being a little too critical with my 4 Star rating, but I have pretty high standards for any Ramsay establishment. Food and drinks were all good, some were great. Service was attentive but not necessarily personable or warm. Accommodations were comfortable and unique like an upscale sports lounge. I can't remember the exact name of my cocktail, but it was the one with "blue" in the name; it was incredible. However, my boyfriend ordered a Moscow mule and it was oddly not served in the traditional copper cup, but a highball glass instead and I think it affected the drink. We had the poutine starter and the flavors were great! Fries cooked to perfection, appropriate amount of gravy, and flavorful corned beef for a Ramsay twist. However, I felt the cheese curd component was a little skimpy on the portion as they were only on the top and had been put under a salamander/broiler style equipment, so they were slightly tough, chewy and did not unify the dish like gooey and melted cheese in traditional poutine. I had the side order of lobster macaroni and cheese for my entree and still had leftovers, it's huge. And amazing. Tons of lobster chunks and a flavorful cheese sauce. Taylor had a bacon cheese burger, also huge. And more perfect fries. But he couldn't stop raving about the aioli it came with and dipped his fries in it all night, which is a big deal because he doesn't think he likes "mayonnaise". Our service experience was not lacking, but it also wasn't memorable or anything beyond what you would expect from a full service restaurant. The restaurant sits next to the casino floor but the main dining room feels separate enough and the smoke is not intrusive. Entering Caesars on the south side bridge (connecting from Bellagio) you would cross the casino floor, towards Apian Way- a marble row of shops. Go straight across the walkway and it will pop out on another area of the casino floor; the restaurant is to the left on the left. You will notice a bunch of beer kegs and masculine colors- that's it!
