rev:text	This will be long, but PLEASE READ. I've been coming here for years but will not return! Hoa (the younger woman who works here) is great at waxing. She takes her time, puts aloe on afterwards, does one section at a time....The other bitch however...OH MY FUCKING GOD!!! I got stuck with her just a few days ago. I wanted my eyebrows and legs waxed. She put the wax on my EYELID and ripped skin off! I am NOT exaggerating! On my other eyebrow, she went so far to the edge (to my hairline) that she ripped skin off that too! They are also now WAAAAY too thin/skinny because she doesn't speak English, and couldn't understand what I wanted. When she did my legs she did NOT put wax on one section at a time, rip, apply pressure, move on...what she DID DO, was put wax on my ENTIRE outer calf, of BOTH LEGS, (which allows time for one to cool completely and makes the process more painful and gooey) and she rushed like she would die if she didn't hurry! She also pulled it off towards the ceiling, NOT close to the skin! She shoved my legs around in ways they're not meant to bend, just to cake them in wax....instead of just having me lay on my stomach to get the back of my calves and lower sides of my legs. She also caked on so much wax so recklessly that she got it ALL OVER my socks AND all over the tongue and ridge of my SHOES!!! when I asked for soothing aloe, she said "I no know English" and just smiled like a jack ass. I should not have paid for this form of torture but my conscience wouldn't just let me walk away. I got home, and decided this was NOT okay, or worth the money. ALSO, she over charged me. It was supposed to be $25 for legs and $10 for eyebrow, yet somehow I was charged $40 and given the option to add tip! When I called and told Hoa what happened, she apologized and I told her I want my money back. She said they would refund me.
