  • I think I'm just going to chose their big competitor L instead of these guys.. every time I go in there they have less merchandise to chose from. I was looking for different types of tile for my kitchen and they had the basic - ugly looking tile, the one I really wanted was not in stock and could not order online !! But wait, it doesn't stop there... I signed up for a free consultation to look at my kitchen to re-face the cabinets and get new drawers, the gentleman who came to my house measured, and gave me a 45 min explanation on how they work (they are not Home Depot by the way, they are a subcontractor) then he tells me the price ..wooaahhhh!! I almost thought I was on a TV show and they were waiting to see my reaction to an outrageous - crazy price (11k) not including new cabinets and my kitchen is TINY, I couldn't believe it... I had 3 other contractors coming that day (not coming from big retailers) and they were all on the right path (4k-5k) depending on which design I wanted. Having said all this: Home depot went from top 5 in my list to ZERO
