  • So bummed about this company! I was looking forward to working with them, but they never followed through. Had Karen come out and take a look at everything. She said shed get back to me within a week. That never happened. Two weeks later I called her she said it would be another week. One week after that I called her and she couldn't even remember who I was. Never got even one call or email back after all of that!! Clearly she never wanted my business and instead of just telling me, strung me along. I feel that I had some different ideas that she didn't want to work with because it wasn't in her comfort zone so that was that. Can't believe a business like this would have such poor communication and turn down a $30,000 job out out lack of follow through. Don't you want business?
