Two words: crunchy rice.
I'm sorry, but for $15 a roll the rice shouldn't be crunchy, and it should stick together enough to get the piece to your mouth.
Nigiri wasn't helped by the rice either.
Fish quality seemed fine, but the art is in the rice and this was a failure on the level of grocery store sushi.
I would suggest spending your $60-$75 on some quality ingredients and cooking for yourself.
