  • This was my first marathon-like event - and I was a little nervous with all the negative reviews - so I signed up for the Half of the Half to try it out. The race was well organized - I knew about the getting the beer wristband at the expo (although the booth was ridiculously hard to find!), and had all the shuttle information for the half of the half. Parking was a breeze - and so too was leaving. Mile markers for the Half of the Half were few and far in between.. it felt like the never ending run!! It was such as awesome experience, and I would definitely recommend it to people!
