  • A big den of liars and thieves. The short version is, I took my car in to get a new key made and have them check on the engine light. I made the mistake of looking at new cars while I waited. I think they marked me as a potential buyer, because they called me back with a laundry list of fake problems with a $2500 estimate. I bought the key and left. A friend of mine fixed almost everything for $150 except one cylinder misfiring. I took it back to them, and they said that one cylinder would also be $2500 to fix. I said no thanks and took it across town to the Dodge dealership on Centennial Center. They fixed it for $650. The point is, their service department made up a bunch of fake repairs and tried to scare me into buying a new car. Twice. I will never, ever go back there.
