  • We arrived at Lake Pleasant to go boating with this company. They arrived and the boat was filthy and had left over beer cans in the boat. The Windows where so dirty you could not even see through them. The representative for the boat company told us he stayed up all night to fix the Bimini top on the boat as it had broken on the previous rental. We asked him if he would clean the boat and Windows and at first he said yes and after discussing the Bimini top which was rigged on the boat I conveyed to him we would not be responsible if it blew off out on the lake. Out of nowhere he tells us me and him are gonna have issues and he says he is not renting us the boat. We where in shock that he canceled the rental and all we did was express concern as the boat was a mess. The seats where covered in left over puddles from spilt drinks and garbage on the floor.
