I also had a negative experience with this company and wouldn't recommend them. I had purchased a groupon deal to use with a friend for a fun girls afternoon out.
When I called the number to book my appointment I listened to a message that gave me a new number to call, which was my only option since the mailbox was full. I called and tried to book appointments with RMT's (as the groupon deal had stated that RMT's were available) and was told that I couldn't book with an RMT for the next few months and they didn't know when she (only one!) would be taking appointments. I was also told that I wouldn't be able to book two appointments at once as they only had one therapist taking appointments. I tried to find two that were back to back, but ended up not being able to book anything that worked with my schedule.
After my experience on the phone, I was concerned with the service (they had just given me a bad feeling) so I went to check out the facility. I didn't see the actual massage room, but I can tell you honestly that the website and the facility have nothing in common.
I re-checked the website after my visit and was a bit surprised to discover that the testimonials appear to be taken from other massage websites. The one that clued me in was the one from 'Sarah' who was actually reviewing a place called Apex in Calgary (not sure how they missed changing the name and city), all I did after that was search for "massage therapy testimonials' and I found some of the others.
I ended up getting a refund from Groupon, the place just wasn't as advertised.
