  • I had a broken roller on one of my windows. According to a manufacturer, the part was obsolete. I contacted Marc to see if he could help. He didn't have the part, but referred me to a competitor, Alliance Glass in Peoria, and told me that id the part could be had, they would have it. I went there and got the part I needed (and 5 spares). Thanks, Marc!!!!
