  • Sell poor quality products in which they blew us off that there was any product issue during warranty period. It's now widely known to be an issue and never recalled the product, or notified that a claim process was available for impacted customers. Now they say we are out of covered period to do anything about it. Meanwhile, they are still selling DuraBlend products. Just google it and see how this material peels and cracks. If they aren't able to resolve this will continue to spread word and bring in consumer protection groups so that other customers are not duped by what was pitched to us as "more durable than leather"
