I know it has been quite some time but I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge my awesome experience with Conrad Klein over the past year. When I entered this relationship, I was knee deep in my doctoral studies. I was in desperate need of relief and had no time to manage my property on my own. Working full-time and completing research consumed every ounce of me so a management company was a necessity. I am happy to say that Conrad Klein made the past six months of my life a breeze and my school career is behind me. Yes, things started off rocky but a few changes in personnel and an increase in communication have improved our relationship tremendously. Navigating demanding tenants and homeowners can't be easy but they seem to have all the right people on the bus committed to extending stellar customer service. The percentage that they make per property is not always worth the hassle but they make every attempt to do it graciously. I am sure they hate to see my emails and that of my tenant but I have yet to feel that they are not willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy. Steed has been a breath of fresh air. I am most appreciative of his attentiveness and prompt responses. I just realized that he and Matt like to tag team me but it works and it keeps our exchanges light, easy, and productive. Kudos to the dynamic duo!!!!!
