I was riding home one afternoon when I ran over some debris and popped a tube. Since I'd just moved to Cleveland Heights, all of my spare parts and tools were still back at my old house. I walked my bike over to Cycle Sport & Fitness to see if they could help me out.
Not only was the person working there at the time downright rude, he said I'd have to leave my bike until the following afternoon before the repair would be finished. And the price he quoted me (including labor) was laughably high. All I needed was to replace a tube...
Needless to say, I brought my bike back home and then walked over to Lee road where I bought new tubes and tools from Cain Park bicycle. With such a great local alternative bike shop in Cleveland Heights, no one should ever have to come here.
