  • Never, ever again. What a nightmare. First off the guy upsold me on an interior clean and an outside polish. Okay..I'm in..He says an hour...3 hours later still not done. That was only the straw that broke the camel's back..The glass guy sees I have a chip. He offers to help me get it fixed..Awesome..No, hell, no. He was rude, walked away about 5 times while I was on his POS cell phone, I got hung up on, called back, he was no where to be found. He had taken down all my information and I was stuck calling my own insurance company after I was hung up on twice from the number he called. My insurance offered me a different deal. Since he was gone I agreed. Then he proceeded to grab his stuff out of my hand and make a grand show of throwing my paperwork away in an open trashcan with all my personal information on it. He took off. I grabbed the paperwork with all my sensitive information on it, tore it to pieces and asked the cashier to dispose of it...She had the personality of a limp towel. I will take my business elsewhere.
