This place is next to Target and it is decorated nice and they have great electric massagers on their chairs. I have gone about a dozen times and won't be going back. The last few times it has been going downhill recently. Every time I get S n S nail dip done they are way too thick or they chip right away, not to mention that on several occasion it has taken them nearly two hours because they start removing the old polish and then take other clients in between (so you wait longer than you need to to remove your polish) and then they fumble to find someone to finish your nails. Two of the times I've gone I had to go back in later that day due to a layer on the gel going dim, it looked as though I had dipped all my nails in harsh cleaners. Poor quality and bad selection. Not only this, but they have a stamp card and this is the straw that broke the camels back as to why I don't want to go back. I've taken a friend with me twice and they won't give me two stamps or if the same person gets two services (I'd understand that however)...but if I pay for someone else they won't give me a second rewards stamp. They're just being too cheap at that point. They also have a sign posted that says "10% off" but once they recognize you you no longer get the 10% off and they will say "it's for new customers only". They are not in the business of keeping long term valued/rewards customers, which is fine, but another deal breaker is although they are very kind, the techs do poor quality work and waste a lot of your time trying to work other clients in while you wait. Wasted money and time these days.
