rev:text	So I came in to this shop about 16 days ago for a smog check. Khris helped me out that day. He told me some recommendations on my car that I already was aware of. I felt like he didn't have to make up any extra problems with my car. He constantly gave me updates on when my car would be done, which I thought was reassuring since normally auto shops don't really do. I would have given this review a 5, but I also came across a disappointment and perhaps the last time I'll be going here and if I do recommend this place, not to work with Juan. So I came back to this shop because of the prior great service they provided my car. I needed new tires for my car and was going to buy 4 since Juan guaranteed me a good deal and fast service. He said he'll order the tires and it should get here by the following week. It's been a little over 2 weeks now and after several attempts to call to see the status, he would say he'll call me back but never did. Juan definitely didn't exemplify good customer care on his part and misleads a customer. I don't know what else to say because my first experience was like I said a great one. I figured I'd do this review for others to see what I've experienced and hopefully he doesn't do it to anyone else. I usually don't write reviews but I felt that I wasn't being responded to.
