  • It may not be the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton but I'm judging this hotel on value. I booked through Orbitz and used a coupon that I found on another site and I managed to get a roundtrip ticket from New York to Toronto plus 4 nights at this hotel for the inclusive price of $400. I've never paid less than $250 for a plane ticket to Toronto (and that was in the dead of winter--I traveled in the summer) so 150 divided by 4 is just less than $40 per night. And that is only IF the plane ticket was $250. Before writing this review, I did a search on this hotel to see what the prices are now and it's around $250 per night. Now tell me I didn't get the deal of a lifetime. This hotel is located downtown in a great area within walking distance to the Theatre District, Nightclub District and the many great restaurants that line King St. West. You will find that you're amongst the finer boutique hotels. The staff are extremely friendly and service is always given with a smile. If you need anything, they'll attend to it right away. The rooms are like corporate apartments with full kitchens. I love having a kitchen in my hotel room. Most of the time I don't use it, but this time I did. I cooked all week and still managed to dine out every day. It was good for my late night cravings. My room had a king-size bed, living room area with (I believe) a sofabed, computer desk, dinette set and, surprisingly, cool decor. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the linens weren't cheap. The wireless internet was fast and FREE! And there was a free breakfast buffet in the morning. Talk about value! If I had to pay $250/night for this place, I could probably justify it but I'm a bargain hunter and would rather pay $250/night for a $500/night hotel. However, if I ever find another deal like the one I got here, I'd jump at the opportunity in a second!
