| - Excellent. Actually, excellent is an understatement for the service I received. I requested estimates from quite a few companies. Red Carpet was the absolute EASIEST process of all of them. The day before, Amy called me to confirm times, just as I had been told would occur. The day of, my 2 movers, Francisco and Rico, called to tell me they were 20 minutes away from me. When they came they were so friendly, calm, and made me feel very at ease. My husband was at our new house with the internet installers, so it was just myself and our dog at the old house. They were unphased by my dogs barking and fear, and by the end she was licking them and wanting to play.
Francisco and Rico walked through the house at first with me to double check everything that was to be moved. If at any time they were unsure, packed or unpacked, they asked and then loaded it up with no problem. They were so amazingly efficient. There was some definite hustle in their step, and then some.
The unloading process was just as easy as the loading. They even rolled out the outdoor carpeting and set up the table and chairs on top. Everything was the extra mile.
There is a 3 hour minimum Red Carpet charges. They made sure to explicitly reiterate that up front and before the move started so that there was no confusion or misunderstanding. My move took 3 hours on the dot. There were no distance charges, fuel surcharges, nothing like that. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid. Well, before tip of course. They were awesome.
If I ever needed any kind of moving service again, Red Carpet would be my pick. Just great.
