  • While the PHO TAI (beef rice noodle soup, basically) was very good, the complete non-existent service was a joke. He dropped the food off and NEVER CAME BACK. Good thing we weren't thirsty. Good thing we didn't want more of anything. When we went to the register to pay because it was clear he wasn't coming back, then he showed up just in time for a tip. He's lucky I was in a generous mood, but he definitely wasn't getting more than $1. Bad service. Across the street and further away from town a couple blocks is Pho Van, much friendlier place.
