  • It took almost 3 weeks to get the dent in my car door repaired. Bob never called to update me, so I had to keep calling and asking when it would be done. In the meantime I was paying for a rental car. They finally put a new door on the car. I wouldn't come here if you are in a hurry to get a repair.
