It's a shame that this is a monopoly and we're stuck with their service. I'm a retired lady that had to depend on a friend to put out my bulk on Monday and now it's Thursday and it's not been picked up. When I call they say "we apologize" (which in layman terms me f you) it will be picked up by 6:00 pm today. I've made my fifth call to them and I've had the same response. They're like robots. I just got off the phone with a supervisor named DeeDee that promises it will be today. THIS MONOPOLY HAS TO BE BROKEN. That's what the free market is all about . Competition that make services accountable for there actions.
