rev:text	This is the 2nd car I purchased at this location and both times were fantastic! I actually called my first sales man (I think his name is Michael Chapman, but goes by "Chappy") a few days prior to visiting and was happy to hear on his voicemail that he was still with CarMax, however I never heard back from him. When I walked in I asked for him specifically but was informed he was a manager now, so I guess he doesn't deal with customers in person (nor by returning phone calls) but was greeted by a nice guy and continued to work with him. I was trading in a 2014 Ford Escape (my first purchase) that was a fantastic vehicle, however I wanted something smaller and after having a coolant recall done at "Hilbish Ford" in February wouldn't you know the day after having surgery my Ford wouldn't move due to "over heating". Needless to say Hilbish was NO help when calling about the issue, luckily my insurance and warranty rescued me with towing and rental. Needless to say I was over it. So my awesome CarMax guy Eyad Abdin was very understanding to what I was looking for and never once tried to up-sell me into anything else. The appraisal I got for my Ford was outstanding and got me into a newer car, less miles and pretty much paid for. The one thing I have to say above and beyond just having an all around great experience with Eyad is that the warranty (MaxCare I believe it's called) is phenomenal!! I'd never purchase a vehicle from another dealer - love this place!
