  • Dear Mr. Gilley, I'm a huge fan and have always loved your music. But .... Your "Gilley Girls" are offering horrible customer service and offending your patrons. We were snapped at a few times with rude remarks and sarcasm by one of your waitresses, unwilling to help us order food with a "F**k you attitude", particularly one of the shorter girls. We did not deserve this, we were there to have a good time. The bands are great, the dj plays the right line dances, the presenter is awesome, the bouncers are cool and your bartenders rock. The Green Pork Chili with tortillas was delicious. I'm hoping your management team takes action. Sometimes it's good to remind employees who really pays their wages. Thank you.
