  • One of the springs on our garage door broke Sunday night. As soon as I noticed this company was a certified partner for Rosie on the House I scheduled an appointment. Lawrence was our service technician. He went through each recommended repair with me. Our door is a heavy wooden door 40 years old. After replacing the parts we discussed it was determined that the tracks were worn beyond safe use. This repair needed to be scheduled for two days later. Lawrence called both times before he came, worked steadily and kept me informed as he progressed. Very impressive. I'm also impressed with the warranty. I heartily recommend this company and Lawrence in particular.
