  • Front office staff was nice. Received the expected monthly program pitch, but wasn't high pressure which was appreciated. Extra star for them. Two months ago I called in for a "Swedish style relaxation massage" and received what I have to say was the worst massage experience in my life. It seems when you order this type of massage the likelihood you get assigned to a junior therapist is higher. I grudgingly paid, but should have requested a refund, or better therapist.
