New neat little hipster cafe attached to The Theatre Centre serving pourover coffee. There's also free WiFi and some bottled craft beer selection. Believe they also offer workshops on DIY beverages.
The main reason for my visit: they offer $3.50 yuan yangs, blended tea and coffee, which is more commonly associated with HK cafés and Chinese bakeries. They use a 30% coffee and 70% tea mix and you get to choose from 3 types of coffee and 7 types of tea. Grabbed a Costa Rica and Chai based on barista's recommendation, which they fresh brewed and add a dollop of condensed milk for that Asian flavour.
Not a place for authentic yuan yang (more used to day old coffee and red/black tea), but I really liked it. Unique offering which really allows you to customize to your taste with 21 variants. Definitely will be back to try different combinations.
