I finally got a email from Susan. Too late!! Seeing that 3 months passed by with me going in and out the store and Victor trying to help, me NEVER receiving a call. I just decided to get my money back. Even for the 5 yr warranty. Which I'm sure the furniture will fall apart. But if you never delivered my dinette set after 5 promises that it would come and didn't!! I know that Warranty would be a run around.. I'm really sad because I was so excited. I actually told friends and family about how happy I was before the nightmare. No one would ever pick up customer service. FUNNY thing same day I wanted my money back is the very moment I was told" By the way dinette set is in" yea right. The ladies in the store were in support knowing that I was dealt with unprofessionaly, and half hearted. Sometimes it's worth it to pay more for better service
