  • I am a fan! Firefly has received some awful reviews and as others I was hesitant however I am a very experienced traveler so I took a leap of faith and booked my car at an amazing rate. Not one issue, jumped on the car rental terminal 4 bus in Phoenix and it dropped me off right in front of the rental car terminal. Firefly was next to Thrifty (sister company) and (FYI) Hertz is the parent company so for $20.00/day I got a standard car (of my choice). You can't beat that! Mary greeted me at the desk and was super friendly. I took the escalator down to the second level, walked right up and a very nice man pointed to the row of cars and said "pick one". Not one issue, only smiles. I would definitely try Firefly again in other cities. They may have had some bumps but give them a try.
