  • Boyfriend and I made a quick Vegas trip before he had to return to work after the holiday. Since we don't gamble, watching Cirque shows was the plan. We had our minds set on O, they were not playing on Mondays, unfortunately. Since we heard good things about KA, decided to give it a shot. Boy, we were disappointed. We spent about $250 on tickets with some expectation assuming its going to be quite entertaining. Well, the show was very boring and dull. Neither of us had any idea what was going on with the story. It was sort of like watching a foreign show without the subtitles. The acrobats were to the very minimum. The performers did a bunch of swinging around without any actual acrobat moves. The 2-wheels performers towards the end of the show was decent, but Zarkana had the similar scene as far as I remember, Zarkana was WAY better than KA in every way. I kept yawning throughout the show, boyfriend asked several times if I wanted to leave. Well, part of me did, yet part of me was expecting the show to get better. Nope, it didn't. The best part of the show was when it was over. I've seen a few Cirque shows and this is by far the worst. It was such a wasted of money and time. The only reason why I'm giving it a 2 stars? Because of their stage setup. We can tell they invested a lot of money into the whole production, but the story and performers definitely need some upgrade.
