  • After setting up an appointment, they told me my I am ineligible by my insurance for a basic eye exam. I called my insurance and they said that I am covered and to have VisionWorks call to verify. After asking VisionWorks to call my insurance to verify, they refused and said "we are busy now and will call you later". I never received a callback. Terrible customer service!
