JCPenny Home Store customer service or lack of is disappointing. Purchased a dishwasher that was delivered today damaged. Called today and a representative Shanacia was beyond rude and unprofessional and disconnected my call. Called back only to be lied to by Denise who said she would call back. Never heard from her. Called this afternoon and a representative who clearly hated her job transferred me to the Spanish line after asking for a manager. Was finally transferred to a representative who couldn't help but did transfer me to the Corporate escalation department who offered my a $50 gift card but I will never shop there again so what's the point. When I asked for a waiving of the installation fee she wouldn't do it. I told her I would leave a negative review on every social media application I was told not to threaten her.y response was this was not a threat but a promise.
JCPenny clearly does t care about how their customers are treated.
I will be returning my purchase tomorrow. I urge you to not shop there. Go to a store who cares about their customers.
