  • 2nd time here ONLY because I was getting my hair done in the same complex. Decided to give it another try after the first disappointment. Well they lived up to my expectations. The food sucks and when I say that it has to be really really bad. I didn't even complain. The bussing there? Well there isn't any? Who's job is it? I think mine but not getting paid to do it. The only thing that was good was the friendly service and the drinks kept coming. They did walk away 15 times without a Empty glass or full plate in there hand (because we couldn't eat the food). Nachos? How do you mess it up? Let me tell you. Soggy chips. What do you scoop with? We also ordered the chicken fingers and onion rings. Here is your tap on the shoulder Zipps. We like them chrispy like 99.9% of the world. Soggy. Greasy. The rings were mushy, couldn't even dip them in catsup. 2 strikes and you are out for me Zipps. Hire a kid to only buss tables. I would have waited 5-10 more minutes for cooked food. You got my money and 20% tip. Lesson learned. P.S. There was no paper towels in the bathroom to dry your hands. ;(
