We won't ever use Sonoran Pet Resort again.
They ran groupons they wouldn't honor and were extremely rude about the situation. Its quite a shame. We travel alot and were genuinely excited to find this resource for our beloved pets. Since we were existing customers, we were told that even though their groupon did not say new customers only, we were out of luck and they wouldnt honor it. . With 12 hours to go before our trip, we were left with no pet care. I couldnt believe how little they cared about our long term business. We had 3 more trips to use them for coming up!
I cant support companies who don't stand on their word and care about their customers. I was treated shockingly bad.
