  • I called on Urban Orchid from Las Vegas to send sympathy flowers on our behalf to family for funeral services. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, was able to identify the arrangement I wanted from the Yelp page, explained how the arrangement I was sending would be a bit different due to flower availability, and assured me everything would be beautifully handled. It was. It can be difficult to put trust in folks you don't know to handle details in sad situations like this, but I felt comfortable with my choice and was not disappointed. Despite the somber event, my mother-in-law took the time to share how beautiful she found the arrangement and how impressed with the number of orchids in it. Finally, the gentleman I spoke with did not try to oversell me and kept completely within my budget. Thank you Urban Orchid for your professionalism and your kindness.
