  • There is a very cool and helpful dude named Adrian, as in "YO Adrian!!!!" that works at Apple Chinook. He is not the tallest guy there, but in my opinion the most helpful! He has helped me with phone questions several times in the past, and he never stops smiling at my dozens of questions and concerns. He's always smiling and no matter how stupid my questions must sound to him, he never makes me feel like I'm wasting his time. Yesterday he saw me in the store and immediately made contact even thought he had numerous iPads in the fire at the time. He seems to manage several inquires and customers at a time and also seems to be someone other Apple Geniuses go to for help. Thanks again Adrian!
