  • It's not rocket science why this place only has 3 stars. Scheduled the multi-point inspection with a really nice advisor on the phone. I called the day of the appointment to make sure it was still on because I didn't get a confirmation call the day before and the gal I spoke with said there was no appointment scheduled, so I rescheduled. I showed up to my second appointment and the service advisor I was working with did the inspection, he only focused on the top dollar items I had to repair after not pointing out my coolant and break fluid was low, which are also really important living in Arizona. He also left out the tire tread wear pattern all together. Dumb! I called back and another advisor invited me back. They got their chance, I'm not going back.
