  • I hate to give a bad review, but this has to be shared. I got my car towed (this was my fault, I parked in an unauthorized parking lot for a concert and did not see the sign at all), anyways we called the number to get my car back. They gave up two options one to pick up my car at their office (~$275) or they can drive my car back (~$125). We opted to go the cheaper route and have them bring my car back to where we parked. My group of friends were already sketch so we made sure to write down the prices that they told us over the phone. We were also wondering why it was so expensive to pick up our car from their office if it would make it easier for both of us. Anyways once the guy came he told us we had to pay ~$175. We told him over the phone that the person said something different. So the guy said Oh never mind you're probably right. I don't know if he just didn't know the price or if he was trying to get our money. I payed by card. The guy had written down my card info and I got a receipt instantly through a text message and everything seemed okay.. now heres the sketchy part. A day later my card information was stolen and someone had used my card for $300 plus on concert tickets and taxi rides. I always make sure to keep my card information safe and I never give it out until this incident. And this so happened to occur RIGHT AFTER I gave my card info to this company. My friends and I are just predicting that the guy who got my card info down stole it. I will not be using this company again and after reading more reviews I come to really believe they stole my card info.
