  • Okay so this review is really for their body shop as well as the dealership. I had first called to schedule a window tinting for sat morning and for whatever reason ford outsources that to the collision bodyshop next to the suburu dealer across the street. I got there at the appointed time and there was a mix up with the scheduled time they had written down so the tinter had already left. I asked about fixing my rear bumper (the car is only 4 months old and it's falling off with no damage or accidents so it's under warranty). I'm told I need to make an apt with the ford shop that is separate from the tinter. Basically, I scheduled the apt for the bumper and then tried to coordinate the tinting to have everything done the same day. Unfortunately, timing wasn't working out so at least the tinting people offered a hertz rental car on them for a night. I'm told they will do the tinting, bring them car to the ford bodyshop and they will call me as soon as its completed. I drop the car off fri night and wait for them to call sat. Now, the apt was at 915am and the shop closes at noon. 1130 rolls around so I call them. I'm told they need to order a new bumper and the car won't be ready til Monday. Seriously?!?!? And they were not even planning on calling to tell me this?!??!? Needless to say, I will never be back. WORSE SERVICE EVER!
