  • After leaving a voicemail with the owner Marc he called me back a short time later and during our conversation he assured me he would look into the issue and he would take care of my truck. He said he would be in touch the following day, which he did text me late in the afternoon. He offered to meet me at the location to have his guys fix the windows but by that time I took it to another wash and paid them to fix the issue...after taking photos of the damage. I did offer to still come by and meet with him so we could discuss the issue with his employee present. The other car wash told me that the spotting was due to them using hard water. The other wash said they had to use a compound to get the hard water spots off of the glass. They did this for the same charge as their regular hand wash...earning my business. The owner of TNT decided to post a response to my original review saying I "yelled" at his employees which is a flat out lie. They have cameras on site and I suggested he review that footage to see his employee is full of garbage. Bottom line....I will not be returning to this place nor would I recommend anyone looking for a hand wash use this location.
