  • Poor customer service. Such a bug store and they don't answer the phone!? We have an issue concerning lack of change due. They don't answer the phones and the website is less qualified to help it's customers. Why would you list a ph # and not answer the phone? So you don't have to give me the $100 you owe me from change today.
