  • I was shopping for a specific rug at my local Pottery Barn and learned it was actually discontinued, on major clearance, and only a few remained in stock in various stores around the country. I was told there was a small chance this location had it, and they actually did! Everyone I talked to on the phone was really helpful (especially Terri, George, and Patrick) and I was able to purchase over the phone and have it shipped. Unfortunately UPS lost my rug somewhere in shipment, but this location managed to find me another matching rug and had it sent fairly quickly. Really impressed with their dedication to customer service, even for an order that was fairly inexpensive.
