  • My friend and I bought a groupon deal which included a fully body scrub, 30 minute massage, and facial with micro and collagen mask. Upon arrival, the front desk mentioned to us to switch our shoes for slippers. We were then led to the change room to change into warmed up robes. The services were great! My friend and I were both feeling relaxed and pampered after the 2 hour treatment. I even fell asleep during the facial for a bit. I wish I could remember her name for anyone who would like to try this place in the future since she was really nice and I enjoyed my services with her! I love how clean the spa is and how they provide disposable underwears for when they use the scrub. Just a few complaints, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. The change room was a little awkward. We were told that one of us can change inside the shower area and the other in the sauna, but there was no lock on the main door to the change room so anyone could just walk in...which is what I accidentally did on the way out and another woman was about to get changed as well. We were all confused on where to change? If we should wait for a "private" area to clear up? But it eventually worked out somehow. Also, my friend and I were discussing how exposed we felt during the body scrub. But maybe we just never had one before and thought of it as being overly exposed? It wasn't a big thing since we enjoyed how our skin felt afterwards! I feel like maybe this place learned from their reviews because we felt no pushiness or trying to upsell their products when we went. The front desk made no comment on our gratuity amount as well. Either they learned or they just wanted to rush out of the spa since we were the last clients of the day. For those of you who are skeptical of trying this place out, purchase a groupon! I feel like you get your money's worth for a cheaper rate than their packages which you can view online.
