rev:text	Pros: I have to go back for a rescan because there was stuff in the way of baby's face. I like that they offer a free scan in these cases. The room was nice and relaxing and I like that there's a big projector so I don't have to oddly tilt my head trying to see on the computer screen. Cons: The ultrasound tech wasn't warm and inviting at all. This is an exciting time in people's lives, so some excitement and a smile go a long way! She wasn't rude or anything but literally seemed like she had zero personality and didn't want to be there. She was just going through the motions and my husband and I tried to engage her a little and ask questions and she just did not care to participate. A note to the business- if you're going to have a business based solely on elective ultrasounds, hire people who LOVE their job and who LOVE people and can share in their excitement. Someone like this can really drag a person's experience down. SMILE. TALK. BE FRIENDLY. ENTHUSIASTIC. If you don't love your job, find something else because it's very apparent to people.
