rev:text	We chose to schedule a move-in cleaning with Wave based on Yelp reviews, and I can see why they get such good feedback. Unfortunately, our new apartment was not move-in ready. In fact, it was downright gross. Roaches in cabinets, food remnants still in drawers, caked on grime in oven and fridge racks...don't even get me started on the bathrooms. I was distraught as the landlord made it clear that he was not going to make additional effort for us. The customer service on the phone was stellar. Melissa was very helpful and even contacted me when an opening came available that would allow me to schedule my cleaning sooner. I really appreciated that. Amber and Suzie were my team and they were amazing. They arrived punctually, introduced themselves, explained their services and reviewed my expectations. They worked continuously for FIVE HOURS without a break or complaint. They also were kind enough to point out things that i needed to bring attention to the landlord that they could not fix. I found them both professional and efficient. I really appreciate their hard work because I know the unit was in poor shape. After they were finished, the toilets looked like new and the grime was all gone. I couldn't believe what they were able to do with the fridge and stove. I paid for a couple of extra a la carte services such as inside cabinets and inside fridge, but even with these extras my final bill was $150. TOTALLY WORTH IT for a 5 hour professional cleaning job by two people. I would say this was well over and beyond expectation.
