  • Don't recommend stopping here for a weekend lunch. Sat down and ordered a caterpillar roll and water. After she took menu and order, I saw on the chalkboard they have plum wine with the actual ume (plum) in it for $5, with a picture and an arrow pointing to the fruit in the bottom of the glass. So I ordered it, pointing to the picture on the board, plum wine please. Came out with no fruit, so I asked her, pointing to the board again, asking why it had no fruit and she said they were out. Bill came priced more than the $5, again questioned it. She talked to the chef and learned she served me the wrong thing, but didn't adjust the bill. And the caterpillar roll was marginal, the nori tasted like the humidity had softened the seaweed to a mushy texture. Got to thinking if they can't keep the nori fresh, what's happening with the fish?? Won't find out, because I won't go back.
