rev:text	my family has been buying vehicles from bill luke since they opened there door i was buying there for almost 20 years was all good good until you take your vehicles that you did not purchase from bill luke is where the problems started.they will screw you every chance they can .they never finish any thing when they say there going to.they always blame it on there waiting on this or that,for some reason .and when you try to reach out to upper management,they get rude as soon as you second guess there help .dont go there unless you like getting screwed...my daughter wanted a car from bill luke she had seen on the internet,and we went to bill luke ..so went to make sure they did not try and rip her off..and they did she agreed on the payment after a half a day there.got to finance .where the guy was a jerk from the get go ..without the ext.wart.the payment was allready 30 dollars higher than she agreed on..i showed my daughter how to walk out at the last minute..she really did not want to at the time but we did ..they bugged her for 3 or 4 days..she went to avondale dodge got the fully loaded avenger she wanted for a much better deal,and was really happy..and as for gieco being at bill luke what a joke they do what ever the hired hand at bill luke tell them what a joke ,dont go there unless you like throwing money away..and dont use gieco either ..we will be cancelling gieco stat .they will send you down the road in an unsafe vehicle..the stuff they recommend usually does not need to be done there just money hungry crooks.and they dont fix the stuff that needs to be done..because they push that stuff past warranty.so you have to pay out of pocket..sounds like politics????hope this helps someone change there mind about throwing there money to bill luke so he can drive his vipers ..auto nation ..avondale will hopefully take your dads company from your money grubbing hands...the only good thing is the always freindly gate gaurd..also bill luke claims they are the only recognized five star dealership for over two decades.I DONT THINK SO....
