  • Talk about a ridiculous wait every time you're scheduled for an appointment! Every time you're guaranteed to wait over an hour ... even when given an appointment months in advance. Girls at the front desk rarely know what's going on and seem to be under qualified to handle payments. Once you finally get back to the room, the doctors are knowledgeable and helpful! Just sad that you have to explain how insurance works repeatedly to the front desk teens before you can be seen for an appointment.
